    So debt is the scare factor?

    Yup, it sure is. More than debt itself, is the management - are they prudent? Reckless? Do they prepare for a rainy day? Do they plan for the future? Do their forecasts have some safety net built into them? What is the position of other people in the same boat - what sort of percentages are they doing?

    Think what the answers to these questions are for Crash's administration.

    Hmmm all bad, but the UK takes the cake for current and forecast budget deficits.
