i have had a look on ebay at outfits but wondered if anyone had any suggestions on what i could wear and where to buy it from.
also i am disabled and i am unable to wear heels of any kind.

How about going as a ring master/master of ceremonies? You could have great fun with a huge variety of accessories.
Maybe try a white shirt - frilly or pleated around the neck, and fitted balck waistcoat and red blazer - very sexy if they're fitted nicely. Then black trousers and patent black boots - you shoudl be able to get those quite cheap, if you don't already have them! A cool top hat and whip, and you look sexy, sassy, and you're in complete control of the party

fishnet/patterned tights, knee/thigh-high boots, elbow length satin gloves will all cover a lot of skin but still look sexy

and a feather boa rund the neck if you need to hid shoulders/tops of arms
or just forget about the psoriasis and dress how you like - bet you'll look great anyway
