Is this the norm?
Seems CSA are happy to provide deadlines to get correspondance back, but don't replicate what they ask for.
Thought it was 40 days?

They do have deadline to chase, but they get stuck in the mud they will just stay in it.
Just letters that they cannot get any more information to help my case.0 -
Well. Our DP files arrived, well outside of 40 day legal requirement (CSA called it a 40 day deadline), you can inform the Information Commissioners Office, as hey inbreach of Data Protection Act.
Sorry, but still 7 months on and 4 letters of aplology from DP Unit at CSA we are still not inreceipt of our complete files, so we are now going to ICE who will investigate and can recommend compensation, it's never much but just the principle, as it's actually our bank statements that are lost!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck x0
