Looking at the Argos website I came across this clearance page: clearance. I don't know when it started (or whether it's already been discussed) but I found this:
Sony NWHD5 Hard Disc 20GB MP3 Player Was £199.99 now £99.99. Link
Being a Sony product I thought this looked a pretty good deal... if you can get hold of it.
There's other items listed too but I'm sure they've been highlighted in other threads... (I don't visit the Argos board that often).

Someone posted earlier about this and the trouble they had trying to get one from bristol when they were in scotland. Best bet is to ring argos and see if there are any and where. But
