is it possible to reduced loan repayment amount?
i have been signed off work sick now for the last 8 months and my monthly income yesturday dropped to £345 i was wondering if i explained to natwest what was happening i may be able to reduce my repayment amounts for a couple months until back to work. I have already filled in loanpp forms but when ever i try to chase up whats happening i have been told it will be next week (this is 3rd month). I just need to be able to live for next couple months!

You need to contact the loans dept of Nat West and raise a complaint.
If you have PPI and you have provided the necessary paperwork there is no excuse for Nat West's insurers to mess you around like this.0 -

Its really good to hear you are able to go back to work in a couple of months, can you get your consultant at the hospital to write a letter explaining about your treatment to send with your letter to NW to ask for a payment holiday/break.
If you have PPI on this loan you should be claiming on this immediately.0
