(Wanted) Blu-Ray or PS3

Hi all

I recently bought a HD tv (£260!) and I really want to buy a blu ray player, but I don't know if I should go for just the player or a PS3 (because I like gaming too).

Can anyone help?

go for PS3 so much more for money , play games, watch films, surf internet, play music & put photos on it , all round entertainment centre.

Go for the Ps3 benefits as above, plus you can add play tv, which is a free view recorder.

Although the Samsung BD-P1400 blu ray player from Play at £94.99 (incl 5% off voucher at the moment) would be the cheapest option at the moment. Especially if you dont plan on using any of the internet or game playing functionality.

edit: just spotted you mention you like game playing in the original post so that makes the PS3 a no brainer.
