i am just applying for the coventry long term fix - so I am not worried about the PR, but they do seem to be a good BS - is that your experience??

Their customer service operation is very good, they are in Coventry (:p) rather than a call centre overseas and the CS staff are knowledgeable.

They let me take additional lending, when I moved house, at the same rate as the existing mortgage. I can't work out if that was an error or not but I give them a big thumbs up for that!

I've always found their CS is good....
On borrowing more - yep, I've done this too. Don't think its an error, they do let you borrow more on your
existing product, as long as you have the necessary equity in place and can pay the new loan amount of course. :)
Bless Martin's Little Cotton Socks. I thank him for giving us MSE. Look what its grown into!
