Hi guys good news!

Double room rented out @ £325 a month contract signed and sealed deposit paid! Initial 3 month contract with him to see how it goes then 6 months at a time after that because the more time elapses the more likely me and my current gf are to move in together

Spareroom.co.uk sorted me out in the end and I also had a lot of interest from Gumtree!
