in Cutting tax
About 10 months ago I moved out of my home and into my partners home.
For the past 9 months I have been letting my house through a property management company. My tenant has just moved out and I am now thinking of selling. Will I be liable for Capital Gains Tax?
I have owned my house for about 14 years.
