Then we’ll pick names from a very big hat this weekend and Bob’s your uncle, over 10,000 people will be a bit happier.
Each birthday box contains a limited edition t-shirt (designed by us to commemorate the occasion and available as the howies t-shirt of the week from this Thursday for the next seven days), as well as a copy of our new book, our old recipe book, a load of smoothies and veg pots, and anything else we can find to fill it up.

The site says you need to be a "friend of Innocent" and they will remove any entries from people who don't receive their newsletter.

Thats why you need to register first
