Pay Off Mortgage?

Hi
I have the chance to pay off my endownment mortgage in full soon.Do i have to inform the endownment company that I have paid off the mortgage company, or just keep paying the endownment?, and can i still claim for a mis sell, as they have just informed us that there will be a shortfall.
This is the first time they have predicted a shortfall.
Regards
Keith

You only need to tell them if it is assigned to the lender ( which is unlikely)
Yes, you can still claim miss selling. If you have paid the mortgage off you'd probably need to say that you were forced to repay the mortgage from other resources, as you knew the endowment would not do the job
