I don't think you're supposed to lick it, maybe that's the problem!

Seriously though, maybe try doing it from another computer if you can, or maybe the site is really busy? Sorry, not much help, I'll let you know how my 2nd attempt goes although the first time it was fine and my laptop is temperamental at the best of times.

Hi Kateo - I missed the offer that ended on 3rd May because I suffered from the same issue as you - I just couldn't open the payment page. It was so frustrating! I emailed them with my problem and got this reply:
"If the browser is not opening, you will need to do the following:

Click Start

Click Set Program Access and defaults.

Click Custom.

On the option 'Choose a default web browser' select Internet Explorer
(or whichever browser you use). Enable access to this program should be
greyed out and ticked. Click OK .

When you go back to the Photo Service software, the browser should now
open when you click to resolve payment. "

I was still upset at having missed the offer, so am so so grateful for
wadewade finding the offer from The Times!! :T Tried it out after
following the instructions from Bonusprint, and it worked!! Can't wait
to receive it!

Photo books can take up to 10 days according to their website. I ordered my photobook on 2nd May and have not received it, nor received a despatch email (yet).

The other times I've used Bonusprint I haven't had a despatch email. Usually takes a bit longer when it's a free offer like this.

Have just put an order in, god it took forever to go to the payment page though! Tahnkyou OP and also the person that posted about the times order. Fingers crossed it doesnt take too long

The payment does not seem to work on Vista, but seems to be ok on Windows XP.

I found this randomly myself and ordered on sunday morning, I haven't heard anything yet. I went to so much trouble too; i'm a mac user so had to beg borrow and steal a pc laptop (don't worry, it got returned).

I hope it's worth all the effort.
