Deal or No Deal

Daughter and friend buying for 1st time, confused by mortgage market - have found house and have been offered:
Abbey: 3 year fixed @ 4.99 = £800 per month with £250 cashback and No Arrangement fee
Is this a good deal???

Comments

  • If your daughter and friend are confused the best thing they can do is get some independant financial/mortgage advice from a broker. The deal sounds reasonable, what is the LTV?
