In the food area you can get a free mini smoothie, soup and ice cream by watching the Vita-Mix demo. They have two staggered shows running. If you are in a small gathering they encourage you to take two samples.

Round the corner for this you have a Sushi making kit where the demonstrator will prepare a Californian Roll.

There is also an Indian cuisine stall just before this offering small samples.

Olives and Baklava are offered as you pass the deli.

At the Tanqueray gin you can get a free shot and £2 MOC Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Morrisons only. These are inside the cocktail pocket guides or on the counter.

Muller Amore for me yoghurts have a little tent with a choice of full pots. Walnut and Greek Honey, Cherry, Peach, Strawberry.

Alpro also have some soya based treats in smaller sizes.

There are also various cooking demos.

The stone oven demos offer samples such as freshly made Tomato and Parmesan Pizza, Nutella and banana Calzone, Figs with honey and orange zest.

Before entering into Grand Design, at the hallway, they were giving away freebie bags today. It contains:
