My hubby thinks he also has been on the wrong code since 99. He used to also do a little cleaning job but his main job is a dustman. He is on tax code BR. However he left his cleaning job around 99. Unfortiunately he doesnt have the p60 from when he left, nor paper work as it was so long ago. Is there any cahnce they will put his code back and give him the money he has paid for a job he hasnt been doing???

Tax paid since 6 April 2003 is the earliest date you can go back to. Don't delay in having this looked into. You need to write to the tax office and confirm that the main job is his only job since 6 April 2003 and send in any P60's since this date.0
