Mortgage Advice (Bad credit but BIG Deposit)

Hi, As the title suggests, I am looking to take out a mortgage in the next few days/weeks and am looking for a bit of advice. The house price is £218,000 and I have an £88,000 deposit so will need a mortgage of £130,000. At present i have a couple of £500 credit cards that are not at their limit, these get paid with more…

You are looking at the wrong lenders.

You need help and guidance from a good broker who knows how the current market propositions work.

As stated above, get your up to date credit files, and then discuss with a broker,as they will tell you straight away if you can get a mortgage (or not).
