im having problems with capquest who are demanding payment of £1500 to littlewoods,problem is this so called debt im sure was paid to littlewoods by a loan company,however i do not have proof of payment or recipet as it was 5 or 6 years ago ,yes it was in my name but ex wife used it..
have re married and moved away so no contact with ex wife...
im stuck
any advice would be nice..
