A replacement for kellogs cornflakes

Hi everyone , as a household we go through 2 boxes of kellogs corn flakes a week. My huband will only eat kellogs , but I have an idea ,
I am thinking of mixing a container of kellogs with a cheaper brand ,
any ideas of a cheaper alternative much appreciated.
Kindness costs nothing :)

Perhaps just save the kellogs box and put the alternative in.

    Sounds like a good plan.

I get Sainsbury's mini wheats instead of Bite size shredded wheat, saves a lot.

Haven't spotted an alternative to Oat/Weetabix bite size yet though.

I have been really impressed with Aldi's cereals including Instant Porridge, Weetabix and Crunchy Nut alternatives. Haven't tried plain cornflakes but hopefully they would be a good replacement.

  • Just to let you know the 750g box of Kelloggs Cornflakes is only £1.50 just now in Tesco.
  • My mum tells me that Sainsbury's are the best.

I assume you are conserving the family budget so why are you pandering to him like this. If you need to save money he should be mature enough to deal with it.
  • I think Aldi ones are the best fake ones

Sainsbury's arent too bad, but they dont really taste like the Kellogs ones. Mixing the two should work.
