Best way i've found is to send yourself a Gmail invite, name it something like mygmailname2@gmail.com and use it for all offers.
Gmail automatically takes care of most spam and you can leave all confirmation receipts in your inbox.
When you receive stuff you can label and archive the corresponding e-mails to a folder called received.

If you don't receive a confirmation just send yourself an e-mail with the link and what you should receive and leave it in your inbox the same as above.
