A Gourmet Break in Edinburgh

1. Enter online at https://www.visitscotland.com/perfectday
2. No Purchase Necessary.
3. Draw Closes 10.05.09.
4. Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Prizefund includes: 2 nights accommodation for 2 people sharing at 5 star Prestonfield Hotel, Edinburgh on 29.05.09 and 30.05.09 only. A 3-course dinner for 2 people on 30.05.09 at The Tower Restaurant, Edinburgh excluding wine. 2 VIP tickets for Taste of Edinburgh with £15 Crowns each, valid for one day entry from 29-31.05.09. 2 free entry tickets to Edinburgh Castle, 2 free tickets for Mercat Vault Tour.
6. Transport to and from Edinburgh and around Edinburgh is not included as part of the prize.
7. All activities will be organised with the prizewinner once the prizewinner has been drawn.
8. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party on 12.05.09.
9. Only one entry per household.
10. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
11. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
12. Prizewinner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date.
13. Prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
14. Prize winner must claim prize within 7 days of being notified and must be available to redeem the prize on 29.05.09 until 31.05.09. Failure to claim prize and redeem on the specified dates will result in a new winner being drawn at random.
15. Prize to be taken on the dates specified only.
16. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
