Hi...sorry for not replying earlier...and probably too late now (sorry) but had a real night of it and so not been online til now....anyway, just to let you know, the class should not make you too sore as there are no weights involved (definitelty if it was body pump - which is great but you do feel it after the first few classes). However, having been to property auctions myself (on the other side of the desk!) I know how hard you guys work and would probably suggest you try it afterwards...apart from anything else, it will be a good way of marking how much more energy you have next month at the next auction (btw where is your auction - if it is london at the hotel near covent garden, the cannons is 2 mins away and they have some great classes!)

Thanks, I think I'll head along next week (if I get brave enough). Auction is in Glasgow ;)
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

Ah...London is a bit of a trek then for a gym class! Good luck with it and I am sure you will love it! Get well hydrated leading up to the class if you can and enjoy!...Sure you will love it once you get in the swing of it!

If you don't love the first one, still go back for a second.

I was in floods of tears after my first ever exercise class (bellydance!) because I felt stupid for not being able to do it and would have never gone back had I not already paid for the full course - I am really glad I went back :)

I went to my first step class alone about 7 or 8 years ago (had to force myself!) I ended up making a couple of good friends, and got to know loads of other people too. I still go!
As roxalana says, don't expect to be perfect first time. And if you find arms and legs too difficult, just do the legs - you'll still be working out.
