Little Tikes or Step 2 Playhouse

I would like to buy a playhouse for my children. The ones I like are either the Little Tikes Evergreen cottage, or Little Tikes Imagine Sounds Playhouse, or The Step 2 Magic Fountain cottage. I will buy secondhand if i saw one advertised, as I do not want to spend much money, but need to have a large one suitable for a 5 year old and a toddler. I did see a cheap one in Argos, but its not high enough, although the price was good.
Could anyone please tell me which would be the best for my children. I liked the Imagine Sounds Playhouse, or Magic Fountain cottage best because of the electronic features, but John Lewis are selling the Evergreen cottage for £199 and although not electronic, still looks good, and has a play kitchen area, etc and is the cheapest to buy new, although I will be looking for a used version.
Any input would be much appreciated.

Further to my post I have decided to look for one of the above houses on ebay. There are a couple in good condition (apart from some roof fading look like new). There seems no point spending in excess of £200 when I can get one for a fraction of the price.0
