Any mortgage available for such a long time? They are as rare as chicken's teeth. Nationwide, Halifax and Coop removed theirs a few months ago. Thanks in advance for any leads

Manchester have a 25 year deal, which you can bin after 10 years!0

My mistake, its a 30 year deal, but you are only tied in for 10 years.0

Has anyone come up with a comparison table for variable vs fixed? I know that 25 year fix deals might be lunatic, but I don't want any roller-coasters. Knowing exactly how much money is going out is a good thing for me:rolleyes: Links are a man's best friends.com0
