Has anyone found a better deal than Britannia 4.24% with a fee of £999?

I have noticed that the rates are creeping up and I am keen to secure a deal.

Someone mentioned decent deals with Ipswich Building Society, and Leeds Building Society. Can't remember the exact rates, but around the rate you quoted.

Maybe also check out Chelsea Building Society.

I think they mean that the 5 year fixed rates are creeping up. A couple of weeks ago you could have got a 3.99% fees paid deal, now you have the fees to pay as well and the rates are 4%+.

Yep Leeds do 5 yr fix but at 4.75 last time I looked, mind you the fees are only £199 so might be worth thinking about. Yorkshire do 5 yr fix at only 4.59 for only £245 :-) Worth looking into the lower arrangement fees ones.

The best Britannia are offering now is a 5 year fixed for 4.59% and £549 booking fee.

Nat west are offering a 4.69% with £299 booking fee and looks like they pay solicitors fees and valuations...
