Fixed Rate&fixed term mortgages advice please

Hello.

My fiance and me are looking for a house at the moment and think we've seen one - viewings etc being organised.

What we want is a fixed rate, fixed term mortgage - fixed rate for the full term of the mortgage. Does anyone have any advice on the good providers, who to avoid etc?

Thank you

Hi, most of the fixed rates are from 2 years up to 10 years. Rates and fees vary from lender to lender.

The rate you're offered will depend on your LTV.

I would seek some financial advice before proceeding with a house sale or making an offer ( of you haven't already). You'll know excatly you can lend and it may put in you in a stronger bargaining position.
