Remortgage advice

We're due to remortgage in the next few months and I've just alarmed myself by looking at the FSA mortgage finder and not being able to find any that fit our situation! We bought 2 years ago for 195,995 so I'm assuming a current valuation would show about a 15% drop judging by the posts on here? (hoping that's not too optimistic!). We have a variable rate mortgage (which has been brilliant!) but we took out a 100% mortgage over 35 years. Just wondering if there are likely to be any deals at all available to us or whether we'll be best sticking with C&Gs SVR for now? Am planning to see a broker in the next few weeks but it's always nice to have an idea of what's out there first. We both earn >£30,000 and work for the NHS so no imminent fear of job loss thankfully. Any advice much appreciated!

Your choice will almost certainly be limited to the C&G SVR.
I believe it's only 2.5%. So in the short term should be good news!0 -
If you are saving money when you go onto the SVR then overpay the mortgage by whatever you can afford.0
