recipe wanted from 'cook vegetarian' mag march 09 issue

Did anyone get the march edition of cook vegetarian magazine.
I saw a faux fishfinger recipe in it that I wanted to try and I tried to memorise it, as i'm not buying mags at the moment. I remembered half of it and then when I went back to fill in the blanks, the April issue was out! If anyone has it, would you mind posting it?
thanks in advance

This is from the April issue of Cook Vegetarian magazine....I hope it's the one you mean!
450g firm tofu, drained
120g fine cornmeal (polenta) OR 75g white flour
60g flaked almonds
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp nori flakes (nori's a sea veg usually used to wrap round sushi)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
80 ml unsweetened soya milk
1 lemon, cut into wedges
olive oil, or olive oil spray
1 - Preheat oven to 200C/100F/Gas 6. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and coat lightly with olive oil
2 - Blend cornmeal or flour, almonds, paprika, nori, salt, onion and garlic powders, dill, pepper together to make a coating mixture.
3 - put coating mixture into a wide dish and place the soya milk in a bowl next to the coating mixture.
4 - Cut tofu into fish finger shapes and dip into the soya milk, then toss gently in the coating mix until covered.
5 - Put tofu fingers on the baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil.
6 - Bake 15 minutes until crispy.0 -
Thank you so much. I did have a go with the few ingredients I had remembered and they were so dry, because I had not sprinkled with olive oil. I also hadn't used all the spices. Will have a go again, now I have the recipe. Thanks again. Isn't this forum just wonderful!
Thanks
