Early Redemption Charges

The cost of the redemption penalty is more than the interest payments for the next year so basically what you are saying is that if I continue with my payments until I can redeem without penalty the bank will have lost money? I very much doubt it!
I am not confusing the charges at all, I just don't believe it cost them £10,000 to obtain the money, if they cannot prove it to me, since they will be getting less than that if I don't sell!0 -
They don't have to prove it to you.
If you didn't like it you shouldn't have chosen this product.
