hi everyone. i'm struggling to find recipes using only 3 or 4 ingredients and can be done with pasta, roasties, premade mash or jacket potatoes either baked or wedges. my family like diced meat, minced meat not poultry, chicken pieces and fish in butter sauce. i only have 25 pounds to stock up this week so the cheaper the better and the quicker to prepare the better, as im not a very good cook and im rubbish when it comes to the food budget.

stir fry's are quick and easy, can go on baked potatoes or with noodles,
corned beef hash with the premade mash, tin of corned beef, fried onions and carrots or peas,
macaroni cheese0 -
i love stir frys.
i forget that my son hates corned beef and that my partner and daughter hate salads and frittata type things.0 -

You could make fish pie? Boil the fish in butter sauce in a pan or cook in the microwave, empty the bags into a casserole and put left over mash on top. If you've got a bit of cheese spare grate that on top then stick in the oven for 20 minutes.Dum Spiro Spero0
