Form 6.28 Questions & final SOA(?)

Hi folks, just spent a productive evening roughly completing form 6.28 but I have some questions so hope you can help.
Pension details - I have 3 pensions from the 3 companies I've worked for, only one of which is worth anything, but I'm unsure of the details. Is it sufficient to put in as much as I can - which may only be company name and policy number?
Secured Creditors - I've put the NR mortgage under here as although the property has been repossessed and the sale is proceeding I don't know the amount I will owe yet, is that correct? I suppose I can amend if the NR get their act together and send me the details quickly (which I doubt).
Unsecured Creditors - I've put everyone under here, including accounts & CCs I don't use, is this correct or should they be listed under section 5.1?
Current Property - I don't own the mortgaged house as it has been repossessed so do I need to put this in Section 8.1? Also does the property I currently rent go under 8.2? The wording confused me so I wasn't sure.
Causes of bankruptcy - I've put " The main reasons for the financial difficulties are separation and redundancy forcing the attempted sale and subsequent repossession of *******. The property is being sold for a figure substationally below the remaining mortgage. I have also taken a much lower paid job as I was unable to find suitable employment in my previous field with the associated high salary." Do you think this is sufficient?
I'll post my SOA in a separate post as this one is already quite long!
Thanks

Hi Late,
I'm glad you have put this post up. I have been having an exciting saturday evening as you filling in these forms
I am also stuck on the pensions. I have some old policies and so have just put the policy number as that is about as much as I can find. Doesn't tell me on the policies the date started to pay in and how much to date etc so I have been abit vague.
I think you are prob right to put your repossession in secured? I have put mine in unsecured (yikes) but did that cos I have my shortfall figure of 33,000.
I have put my current accounts in 5.1 and cc's in the unsecured bit.
Causes for bankruptcy sounds fine to me. I was also wondering about that. I have just put that it started when I got a slipped disc and OH couldn't work as had to look after the kids. Then I just explained that everything spirralled out of control when lost the house. Don't really know what else to put?
Sorry can't be of much help as I am as baffled as you. I will wait and see what replies you get.Discharged May 20100 -
Everything in your post 1 above sounds fine. IF you get something wrong its not the end of the world and can be explained at interview - don't worry. Be sure though you have put dates down for unsecured creditors. If you have to guess thats fine too.

Thanks for the comments.
FYP - Post 1 - the dates I put are they when it started, i.e. when the loan was taken out or the account opened? Post 2- I think I can justify the internet services as my son needs them for his school work and I need them to be able to do my course work/keep up to date with regulations for my work etc so fingers crossed for that one. I'm happy to reduce the clothing but with 2 kids growing at a rate of knots and my eldest going through shoes very quickly I'm hoping I can justify this. Other child related is things like dinner money, school trips and the like. I know I'm allowed £5 a week but school dinners alone are £10 a week and I'm now having to pay for my son's 'rewards' at school! Do you think it would be alright to leave it at this value and then reduce after discussion? I'll reduce the haircuts but leave the pressie's in - think I can justify it though perhaps reduce it as why should my children suffer unduly just because I messed up!Thanks
