Taxi driver/owner - help on soa

Hi everyone,
my OH was up until xmas a taxi owner/driver self employed. The question is how does this go onto the soa? on the debtors petition 6.27 where is says 'lately carrying on business as' - what do i put in there do you think? It is a little different being a s/e taxi owner as it doesn't have a 'company name' as does most owned businesses.
Also stupid as it sounds, he didn't and never really did keep his receipts for the cab (it was the cost of the continual repairs that made us go down the BR route sooner) and I am concerned they may ask for them. His self assessment taxes are paid up to date though so that is something.
Anyone been in similar situation, would appreciate your advice.
Thanks in advance
paula

So is he not carrying on in the taxi? If he was a sole trader then his business name can just be his name - sole traders can do business as themselves. Don't worry about the receipts - not many of us intend going BR. He should have kept them for his taxes but nevermind - he can just be honest and say he doesn't have receipts - he won't need them anyway.
