    Hi Windym

    Check out this thread here

Having paid more a few months ago I can confirm this is a good price and it's a great fridge freezer that looks fab too. Looks like people have saved the £50 delivery cost too.

    Which?extra:
    American-style side-by-side models
All the side-by-side models we’ve tested are pretty good, but our four Best Buys are really impressive.

For lots of grocery space at a reasonable price, try the Samsung RS21 FCNS, £800 at Comet. Its effective insulation helps keep its temperatures low and it’s one of the quietest fridge-freezers around. An ingenious mini-bar cooler box allows you to cool and remove bottles without opening the door.

For a bit more money, you can buy the best side-by-side model we’ve tested, the Whirlpool S20D RBB 32 - A/G. It freezes fresh food quickly to keep groceries in mint condition for longer. The electronic control panel gives you complete control over temperatures and features such as the ice maker. It’s around £800 at Powerhouse.

The GE PCG 21 MMFFWW is the best for cooling food and drink in the fridge quickly. It has lots of short-term freezer compartments for pre-frozen groceries such as ice cream, but this means it has fewer four-star compartments, which freeze fresh food and keep it for longer. It’s not widely available on the high street but it’s around £1,749 online.

The Maytag Trilogy G32026PEK, £1,599 from John Lewis, is an American-style model with a twist. Unusually, the thoughtfully laid-out fridge has two doors which can be opened separately, making it easier to find groceries in all parts of the cabinet. The slide-out freezer compartment, on the other hand, is on the smallish side. It’s also harder to organise than an upright freezer as it only has two deep wire baskets.
  • Once you've decided which one you want, at the cheapest price you can find it, list it on https://www.haggle4me.com and if there's anywhere you can get exactly the same thing cheaper they'll find it! No cost to list, but it will cost you 20% of any saving they find (upto a maximum of 10% of the total cost).

    Hope that helps!
