I couldn't find this already posted on the boards, so here goes.

I received this link in an email on 19th April, and ordered two of the silver/pearl necklaces. They arrived today and came complete with little brown cardboard jewellery boxes too. They are very pretty and would make great bridesmaid gifts.

Does anyone have a contact number or email address for Stour Valley Offers?

I paid them £20.20 on 15th April for some goods which haven't arrived.
I also paid them £17.85 on 30th April for more of the same, but this was refunded without explanation on 12th May.

I want to contact them to get my £20.20 back but can't find any details, and when I tried the most recent link the their site (in this thread) it doesn't find the site.

isie, I believe that Stour Valley is no longer trading, so it might be a case of joining a list of creditors.

If it's any consolation, I didn't get the last few goods I ordered, either.

Due to some error during the checkout part of my Stour Valley order I received some of their details by e-mail. I originally contacted them through a webform on their site but since that's not up and running anymore i'm not sure whether these will work

I found a number and called yesterday and spoke to 'David' who took my name and address and promised a cheque in the post. He certainly sounded apologetic and sincere and said that they had made a number of refunds but then the bank closed their business account stopping any more from going out. He said I would be repaid from his personal account. I don't really mind where the money comes from! Will update when/if cheque received. Otherwise I guess my £20 ranks my pretty low in terms of priority when it comes to repaying creditors!

Well my cheque arrived very promptly after speaking with David. Will have to post it to pay in but sounds like I can expect it to bounce. Wonder if it makes any difference it's from their personal account and not the business?
