    just called JB and gave them all details of the OR and told them i did not want to recieve any more letters from them or anyone else

    the guy on the phone was gutted to hear i had been sequestrated
    and i had been discharged

    i told them i didnt want anymore letters from them and he told me he couldnt guarantee it untill he had verified the details i gave him

    best bit it they are trying to claim for the clydesdale bank, they cant say they were unaware that i was br cause they closed my accounts :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    (was on one day holiday)
    the debt JB are trying to
    collect is for an account
    that was closed in 2006

    figure that one out
    i have just sent off
    the closing statement

    which has in big letter

    THIS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED

    will just have to wait and
    see what or decides

    quick update

    accountant and bankruptcy have to make the decision on wether they are going to pay ant money over. OR doesnt think they will (but you never can tell).

    how it was explained to me was that OR wrote to bank in May and asked them if they had claim, they didnt bother replying

    As far as OR is concerned they have had there chance but decision is out of his hands.

    As the AIB says, they may or may not be entitled to receive something from them, but NOT you.

    You can just let them sort it now. :D

    here we go again
    just recieved a letter from
    RUTHBRIDGE LTD

    its addressed to the occupier
    at my address

    have read a few of the threads about them on here
    yes did try and phone them and got message
    to leave name and number and someone will
    get back to me. there is a reference number to quote

    do i just ignore it or do i find out what they want
