New Ladies Clothing

Hi all,
I have approx 100 items of new modern womens clothing - tagged. I used to sell on Ebay as a small business but gave up after falling pregnant and starting a new line of work. I am looking for a fast way to get rid of the stock as we are starting building work soon.
I have tried listing as job lots on Ebay but find that the lots go for much less than I would like to get back plus the fees are high. I have also tried the local Free Ads paper and only had 1 call in 3/4 weeks.
Any suggestions on what to do would be much appreciated!!.
