• The prize for the competition is a trip for the winner and one guest to travel and stay for 12 nights in Australia (the "Prize"). Any pictures used to promote the Prize are for information only. There is no cash alternative instead of the Prize.
• To enter the Promotion, entrants will be asked to answer the multiple choice question featured on the Promotion entry page. Yahoo! will select one winner at random from amongst the complete entries. Yahoo!'s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be contacted via email and their details may also be posted on the Yahoo! website.
• The Prize will be provided by Tourism Australia, the Prize provider, and is subject to the following conditions:
  • the Prize shall include two economy class return tickets between the UK and Australia (outward: London to Sydney and return: Darwin to London) and two economy class tickets from Sydney to Darwin and onward transfers to access the accommodation in the Kimberley region (travel in one direction is not permitted for this Prize);
  • the Prize shall also include 12 nights' accommodation, on a 'room only' basis, (hotel accommodation to be 4-5 star basis) in a twin or double room (comprising of six nights accommodation in Sydney, two nights accommodation in Darwin and four nights accommodation at a property in the Kimberley region of Western Australia);
  • all other costs or incidentals involved in the trip over and above the Prize as detailed above, including but not restricted to, restaurant or bar charges and leisure activities shall be met by the winner and/or their guest;
  • Prize travel is valid for departures between 31 May 2009 to 30 September 2009 and is subject to availability;
  • the winner must advise Tourism Australia the dates for travel by 31 May 2009;
  • the winner and their guest may be required to sign Tourism Australia's Terms and Conditions and must also comply with Yahoo!'s and/or Tourism Australia's instructions about the Prize, if any;
  • the winner and their guest must each provide their name (as it appears on their passport), email address, postal address, telephone number and date of birth;
  • the winner and their guest must not have a criminal record;
  • the winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents to enable them to travel to Australia (including valid passports and visas with no restrictions);
  • the winner's and their guest's passports must be valid for at least a 6 month period from the date of travel. The winner and their guest will be required to obtain their own travel insurance;
  • the winner and/or their guest are required to travel with a credit card sufficient to cover any hotel and car incidentals; and
  • neither Yahoo! nor Tourism Australia shall be liable for any injury sustained during the trip or its associated activities.
  Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted within one week of the relevant Promotion end date, the prize will revert to Yahoo! and may be awarded to another entrant at Yahoo!'s absolute discretion.
  
• Personal Information Your personal information will be used by Yahoo! to conduct the Promotion, for participation in the prize and in accordance with Yahoo!'s Privacy Policy, currently located at http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/uk, subject to the following, which shall be in addition to the Privacy Policies:
  
  • if you are the winner of the Prize, Yahoo! may use your information collected during the Promotion for marketing or promotional purposes, including using your name and likeness to announce the winners online as described above in section 7;
  • if you are the winner of the Prize, Tourism Australia shall pass your details to Austravel (the UK Prize operator) for the purposes of Prize fulfilment; and
