1. The prize is valid for travel before 31 October 2009
2. The winner must be aged 18 years or over
3. Flights and accommodation are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period
4. The prize includes 2 x return flights with Monarch from Manchester and 7 night’s accommodation to the destination of the week
5. Airport taxes and the carriage of one piece of hold baggage per person are included in the prize
6. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats and the carriage of sports equipment)
7. Spending money, transfers to and from airports (in the UK and in resort) and hotel charges beyond the accommodation (such as meals and drinks other than those included in the bed and breakfast offering) and the responsibility of the winners
8. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner
9. The holiday may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event
