Me too Spudly, something for us to work towards eh?

Has anyone been able to get an update lately?

I'll be happy to finish the Leeds 10k before all the officials go home, and the roads reopened. I cant imagine ever being able to do over 26 miles :p

I did 3.33k yesterday in 40 minutes, so 2 hour pace IF I could keep up the same pace for the whole 10k :o
