Ideas for kids desserts needed pls

You could try apple crumble as it is easy to do and fairly cheap. The kids can join in too making the crumble and at this time of year it is great for warming you up if you have it with custard. You also try tinned peaches with a sponge topping done in the oven which is also cheap to do and the kids can join in.0

For super quick desserts my girls love a fruit salad mixed with a little pot of fromage frais (or whatever cream or yoghurt you have). They also love to make their own instant whip cake. Make up an instant whip, mix in a pack of chopped strawberries (bananas taste good or probably any fruit) and spread it over a sponge flan base. Fruit kebabs with yoghurt or chocolate dip are also fun.
You could also try an idea we keep meaning to try that I saw on another thread - dip bananas in chocolate or yoghurt then freeze.
My older girls often make their own dessert so it's all easy stuff here.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0 -
