Thanks, I just just read that on HDUK too, I hope they do!

Although its irratating that I confirmed the order with the £30 knocked off and they take the full amount instead, that could have implications if someone then became overdrawn and incurred bank charges even if the amount did get refunded!

Additions Direct because when I did a price check they came out the cheapest.

I had my refund today but they have not refunded the P&P as they said they would. I've emailed them...again...

Still no new box, still no partial refund for the voucher.

Its not right that they take they money when they know delievery could be three weeks. I emailed them and apparantly they always do this with debit card payments but from a tax point of view, its just not right!

Fed up.
