Things to do near Mullion

Hello,

Off on hols to Mullion w/c 04/05/09 with 2year old and parents in law! Any idea on cheap things to do that will keep most people happy?? Any that use clubcard or nectar points - that sort of thing.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Hi!

I think you can use clubcard vouchers at Flambard's which is in Helston. It's got a museum on The Blitz which might keep the in laws busy, and loads of baby friendly rides for the lil one! I haven't been for a while, but I believe they also have a small animal section, if you're lil one is into animals!

Also Penzance is just down the road, with a nice prom to walk along and various galaries etc in the town.

There is also the Treasure Park near Redruth (don't know if they accept vouchers though) where you can pan for gold, and search for gems etc. Worth a look on their website because sometimes they have character days (eg Harry Potter, Bob the Builder etc) which are popular.

Hate to say it, but your best bet would be good weather to explore the gorgeous beaches and coves that we have down here!

Will have a think, see what else I can come up with! Kind of forget stuff when you're a local!!
