Praise for Standard Life

I sent both my mortgage endowment complaints to Standard Life at the end of January. Communication has been outstanding and both complaints have been dealt with in a clear and professional manner, resulting in a positive outcome - all within six weeks.

WELL DONE!!!

If anyone out there has a complaint with Standard Life, please do not hesitate to act. Time is running out...

I absolutely agree with Nicj's comments about Standard Life. The way my complaint was dealt with cannot be faulted. :T

 They refused to look at my complaint.

They said they didn't think they had sold it to me, that the company that had (no-one I'd heard of) was probably no longer trading, so tough.

Unlike L & G, who accepted that they might have sold the policy and agreed to a claim. But then calculated I wasn't due compensation.
