I called 02077825000, had to talk to switch board about the offer enquiry and then she transferred me to someone who knows about the subscription offer.

i never tick the boxes saying i buy the paper regularly when i enter times comps... and it never alerts their marketing dept that i am ripe for the plucking!

I now got an email since spoken to the Times on Friday afternoon, maybe it's a matter of having a right person to help or was I just lucky? By the way, on the front page of the Times today, there's a corner advert stating: "subscribe to The Times to day and receive a £25 John Lewis Voucher, Call 0800-0965248 or visit timesonline.co.uk/subscribe" hope this helps.

Has anyone received their voucher yet, I got the letter about 2 weeks after this was posted on MSE and it said voucher would be sent to you within 7 days!

I received mine last week (this is via postal form that they sent it to me - pls allowed 7 days from date of receipt for M&S vouchers).

I also applied my 2nd M&S (this is via online form similar to the OP type - it states pls allowed 28 days from date of receipt) - this I havent got it yet.

Received mine last week but took about three weeks to come.
