Very Reasonably Priced Belfast Restaurants? - Recs Please

Options
Really short notice but i'm trying to think of somewhere in Belfast for dinner tomorrow evening for 5 people, but need it be about £10 a head (everyone is skint!) and my mind is at a blank.

pub grub, diner, modern feel. or any suggestions will be helpful.

I had thought of the crown upstairs? the menu seems reasonable enough online? Also TGI Fridays but it was v expensive when we were there the other week I thought.

Thanks a lot!

Dantes, just underneath TGI's is seriously reasonable.

Also The Chinese Buffet King has recently opened in Vicky SQ. Think it is £10.95 at night times, you can go help yourself as many times as you like. Good selection of food, but not the warmest was my experience. Nice though.
  • Chinese - I recommend Joy Inn just over the road from the Dublin Road moviehouse - is gorgeous inside, very attentive staff, and menu is great and reasonably priced.
Quirky - recommend Darcy's at Shaftesbury Square - think they are trying to increase business as very attentive and asked out opinion of service and menu afterwards, but great atmosphere and HUGE portions, reasonable prices too.
City Centre - The Apartment, great food, reasonable prices and good atmosphere or Bar Red - behind city hall, lovely inside, GREAT pics of cows which we always end up talking about, good big portions and nice modern filling food.
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T

China China at 1 University Street does a buffet for £11 on Friday and Saturday. £10 during the week. Great value, great food and also has a good buzz about it. Have not tried the China Buffet yet in vic Square, but did pick up the menu in Belfast Welcome centre. They are part of a chain with 4 branches in England. Grand Buffet on Friday and Saturday is £11.99 but don't see crispy duck pancakes on the menu !

pizzas were ample, like pizza express size. 2 got pasta dishes and they were big with a side salad too. The chips were thin ones, say like mcD's etc but they were nice.

It was empty when we went in but there were quite a few in when we left, the server was very good and didn't have to wait too long on the food.
