  • Glad it looks like you are getting a result - usually a summons itself is enough to get companies to pay without it getting to judgement, but some like to spin it out.

    Yeah. I've always read about Argos not being fussy about the 5 year warranty provided by the sale of goods act. Dunno why they messed up this one.
