Wilkinson Plus Delivery (Wendy House) ?????

Im wondering if anyone could help me, my mum ordered a wendy house for my daughter from Wilkinson Plus, although she did this instore, she was told that delivery would be within 7 working days and that the manafacturer would phone to arrange delivery, they also said that they wouldn't be able to track it for us after the order has gone through.
Today is the 5th working day and although I realise we have 2 working days left I think I should have had a call by now.
Has anyone had any experience with ordering something like this through Wilkinson Plus?

Just found something on the website, quite cheeky if you ask me.
It says for supplier direct deliveries, it can take between 3 and 28 days.0 -
Your mum was told within 7 working days so I personally would be chasing them on the morning of the 8th working day, perhaps the 7th if she has heard nothing from the manufacturer.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
