I have just spoken to someone from Electrical 123 as to why our orders were cancelled when the Coop ones weren't even though some people were charged the Electrical 123 price. What he told me was that anyone who ordered through the Coop, the money was taken, so they were obliged to fulfill the order. With Electrical 123, they did not take the money, so they were within their rights to cancel. They took between 400 and 500 orders with the Coop. So anyone who ordered with the Coop, well done.

Thanks for the original post OP. I'm broke and this will be a great birthday present for my mum who is always trying to eat more healthily, she lives on her own so this will also save using the oven when cooking for one.

Sorry to revive this thread but I needed to say a big Well Done to The Co-op.

I needed to check when delivery of my grill was due, as it was down for today but no confirmation has arrived.

It turns out there had been a problem processing my card details - but instead of grabbing their opportunity to cancel my order, a charming salesman (Robert) checked my details and phoned back to confirm they would honour the order at £5 and even arranged for it to come tomorrow. :j
