Me too it was only the 1st session so might take a while xx

was just googling about it & it does say the first couple of sessions might make you tired, amongst a few of them they all said roughly the same..

"Hydrotherapy is one of the safest treatments for arthritis and back pain. The warmth of the water and the exercise may make you feel tired after treatment. This is normal."

so maybe once your body gets used to it, you won't find it so tiring, hope so anyway xx

well, i'd better go catch up with some comps, haven't done any for at least an hour  getting withdrawral symtoms :D

I have meetings till gone 9pm tonight, but have just posted this thread and didn't want my Inner friends to miss out if there was anything they fancied. If anyone sees Toniq, can they let her know that Pet Photoshoots down to a fiver there, and a few of us pet addicts may want to grab that offer -

£5 Gift Experiences at Asda.com (+£1.95 p&p) Be quick, ends midnight Wednesday
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx
