Good afternoon all - not long back from my 1st session in the hyrdo therapy pool - it went really well but didn't want to get out!!!! I am sore now but it will get better in the long run.

well im glad im not going to florida this month as travel to us and mexico is now not advised unless urgent, i know a few people who are going off tomorrow and people have honeymoons booked, really feel for them at the moment
i would still go though:D, hopefully be all over by the time we fly out0
