Might get this t wear on his birthday but have to save some money and hope it will still be there by the time I get paid!Don't want to use my credit card as I have had a very hard time trying to get it back in control... Only problem: black but have to complement it with some jewellery shoes etc that I already have: was really looking forward to a blue dress

Thanks x :D Don't we just love shopping? I like Asos, they have a good collection. If I spend this on a dress, then have all the other expenses etc, then I should try to be very sensible re other expenses...I will try hard ..

    Evening all.

tmk, I really hope you get things sorted out with the school of your choice.
I'm gonna be starting that for my oldest in September for secondary school. One school in the area is really good, but the other is not as good (didn't want to type really bad as apparently it's improving)

KKK, Your doctor sounds absolutely fabulous, gave me a tear in my eye, hearing how she dealt with you. Shame all doctors can't be like that.

And Chris, your probably off playing cards now, but hope you've had a great birthday, and having a great night.

Cmc and Nnw, absolutely gorgeous dresses you've got there.
I'm gonna be looking soon as brother is getting married in August. Ceremony in Venice with just parents going, but they are having a party here, and I just have to buy a new dress. So all these links you put up, I have a nosey myself:rolleyes:

As for me, I've had a productive day today.
Didn't get up till 11am, but then dusted/hoovered/took all kids toys upstairs, a friend I haven't seen for ages (we're talking at least 10 years here) came round for coffee, and it was really great to see her.

Kids came home from school, and after tea, we've been playing Risk all night. They only just went to bed at 10pm!
My eldest is a bit too good at it. He took Africa from me, and now he's attacking me in Europe!

Right, have I got time left to comp at all.
Blimey, real life, enjoy it when it happens, but don't half need more hours in the day.

    Sorry for rambling on:o
